KATHERINE & STEPHEN
29TH DECEMBER 2022
WOTTON HOUSE
Katherine and Stephen held their wedding at Wotton House, just a few days after Christmas, so this feel was carried through with their flowers and decorations. Katherine carried a relaxed syle hand tied bouquet with white roses, eryngium, veronica, astrantia, burgundy roses, quicksand roses, steelberries and eucalyptus. We added some long burgundy satin ribbon trails to add the perfect finishing touch to the bouquet.
Katherine had seven bridesmaids, so just wanted a simple, smaller bouquet of a few stems of flowers, again with ribbon trails. We used white roses, eryngium, steelberries and eucalyptus in the buttonholes.
Th Old Library was the ideal setting for a Christmas wedding, with our fairy lights hanging from the pillars, combined with our blossom and light arches across the pillars. We also provided vases with flaoting candles which stood at the base of the pillars and gave the room a truly magical feel.
After the ceremony, the floating candles were moved up to the Evelyn Suite and placed on the guest tables. A ring of flowers and foliage surrounded the candles to complete the centrepiece and give a cosy, romantic feel during the evening.
Some fresh flowers were also added to the cake to add the perfect finishing touch.
