BURY COURT BARN
Steph and Phil got married at the romantic, countryside setting of Bury Court Barn, Bentley, with a pretty and delicate colour scheme of whites, ivory and pale pinks,
The brides bouquet was a natural, hand tied in subtle whites and greens with roses, garden roses, spray roses, lizianths, phlox, fern, ruscus and eucalyptus, bound with organza ribbon. The bridesmaids held smaller bouquets with spray roses, lizianthus, gypsophilia, and pale pink 'Sweet Avalanche' roses and astilbe to pick up on the colour of the dresses.
The men wore buttonholes of pale pink rose with complimenting foliage, and there was a special little rose buttonhole for the couples son, who was pageboy.
The couple chose a low design for their tables, of a glass hurricane lamp with candle surrounded by flowers in whites and pale pinks including roses, lizianthus, astilbe, gypsophilia and foliages. This design worked well in the barn setting, which had a relaxed and intimate feel, and the candlelight gave a lovely romantic feel.
Jars of flowers were placed along the top table, with tealights inbetween, and finishing touches around the venue included some flowers to dress the top of the cake and some eucalyptus with gypsophilia attached to the seating plan. Simple jars of gypsophilia were affective to decorate around other areas of the barn.
